Job Description

Jouw verantwoordelijkheiden:

Field Service oplossingen bieden op basis van de vereisten van het incident.

Inkoopbeheer nieuwe IT hardware/software

Support en beheer van gebruikersaccount en rechten

Samenwerking met / en doorzetten van incidenten naar 3e lijns support

Installatie van PCs, en LAN-based apparaten

Assisteren bij het opzetten van technische beveiliging/security

AV en Conference support d.m.v. software zoals Webex, Skype for Business, Zoom, etc.
