Position Title: Onsite Handmade Dumpling Specialist

Key Responsibilities - Prepare and demonstrate handmade Chinese dumplings such as jiaozi, siu mai, and har gow at the station.
- Prepare dumpling dough, skins, and fillings from scratch using traditional recipes and techniques.
- Produce sufficient dumplings to support daily service requirements.
- Demonstrate folding and pleating techniques to guests when required.
- Coordinate with the Chef de Partie on dumpling varieties, fillings, and cooking methods.
