University engineering degree/diploma holder (or other technical subjects). 
5+ years experience within the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably Operations, Maintenance, Projects Construction, Commissioning & Startup 
Sound knowledge in Asset Integrity and Process Safety Management (AIPSM) and Hazards & Effects Management Process (HEMP). 
Ability to influence without formal authority. 
Good interpersonal, communication, coaching and presentation skills. 
Proactive approach to resolving difficult situations. 
Highly proactive, energetic, persistent, and strong capacity to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision. 
High aptitude towards data quality, attention to details and courage to challenge non-conformances. 
Solid knowledge and experience in Upstream operations, maintenance, and HSSE. 
Proven track records in managing Power BI dashboards and excellent in Microsoft Excel.
