Reporting to: Dean, Academics
$50.07 – $56.75/hr, depending on experience and qualifications as per the BCGEU Faculty Collective Agreement. Temporary employees receive an additional 2% on all regular earnings in lieu of benefits, 6% vacation pay, and 4.2% statutory holiday pay included with each pay day. Employees in this division have the opportunity to enrol in the College Pension Plan, with contributions matched by the Employer.
This contract will be for a total of 96 hours.
NLC's University Arts and Sciences program requires an online instructor to teach Paleontology 201: Life of the Past , during the Winter 2026 semester. Although the contract begins in December to allow for preparation time, course delivery will begin January 5th.
