Key Responsibilities

Online Shop Management

• Assist in monitoring and managing assigned e-commerce platforms.
• Update and verify product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
• Coordinate write‑up revisions with Product Management Officer and ensure content accuracy.
• Communicate with President for price changes and pricing alignment.
• Work with the Graphics Team to obtain updated product images.
• Monitor product inventory levels across all platforms and update records.
• Upload new products to all relevant online stores and platforms.
• Update platform banners and promotional visuals as needed.
• Support tracking of overall online shop performance and report observations.

Customer Care Support

• Respond to customer inquiries across all assigned communication channels.
• Assist in addressing customer concerns, feedback, and complaints...
