• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media

Promote and sell products or services online

• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders

• Process sales transactions and coordinate with fulfillment teams

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Meet daily or monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and sales



QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or college level (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)

• Experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable using chat tools, social media, and online platforms

• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and reliable



SALARY RANGE:

18,000.00 -

8AM to 5PM
