Reporting into the Store Manager, You will lead, motivate, and develop a flexible team of colleagues to deliver operational excellence across our Home Delivery, Click & Collect, and rapid on-demand delivery channels.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

 E-Commerce & Immediacy: Oversee the end-to-end online operation, ensuring fast, accurate picking and seamless execution of home delivery and rapid immediacy orders.
 Customer First: Champion excellent service, review feedback, and ensure market-leading product availability for online shoppers.
