What you'll be doing:
Managing multiple live chat and email conversations at once - juggling, not just responding
Digging into customer issues and resolving them yourself where you can, escalating the genuinely complex ones
Keeping accurate records so nothing falls through the cracks
Working alongside internal teams to close out queries properly, not just quicklyWhat you'll need:
Solid written communication
Background in customer service, contact centre, retail, or hospitality (chat/email experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
