Job Description

• Line/Prep Cook – This position is considered a Cook;


• Organizational upkeep of Storeroom/Purchasing orders,
  
  
  
  • with Occasional coverage in Grill and Prep positions;
  
  
  • for Call Outs or Vacation Coverage;
  
  
  
  


• Relief Cook
  
  
  
  • with knowledge of all the above that will rotate shifts to include AM and PM Tray Line, Grill, and Prep.
  
  
  
  


• Working as a Team in a Fast-Paced Environment;


• Ensuring Compliance with OSHA Regulations;


• Maintaining a Safe Working Environment.
