Job Overview   Specialty:  Rad/Onc 
 Location:  Peoria, IL 
 Dates:  7/27-7/31, 9/8-9/11, 9/21-9/25, 11/23-11/25, 12/14-12/18, 12/21-12/24, 12/28-12/31, plus ongoing in 2027 
 Setting:   Clinic hours 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. with some inpatient consults. Potential for call, but not regular, and would be very limited dates 
 Patient Volume:   Average of 35-45 patients on treatment/daily 
 Job Details:  3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS treatments, Simulations, Consults, follow-ups, OT 
 Support:  2 RNs, 5 radiation therapists, 1 dosimetrist, 1 physicist, 2 front desk 
 EMR:  Epic 
 Required:  Board-certified or Eligible and active IL license 
 Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing and will cover malpractice.
