**Key Responsibilities**- Configure Software Systems.
- Manage Service Level Onboarding targets and ensure business objectives are met from a Time to Revenue perspective.
- Work on as many as 10 different small to medium customer Onboardings at one time.
- Assist with testing solutions including remote connectivity to help ensure successful Onboarding- Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation for the department- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
**Background and Skills**- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience- Familiarity with Microsoft, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Power Point required.
- Documentation skills are required.
- Basic SQL- Advanced EXCEL (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts)- Strong work ethic & people skills required.
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and deadlines required.
