Main Responsibilities:
- Guide New Hires Through Requirements – Explain pre-employment requirements, deadlines, and follow up on inquiries.
- Manage Pre-Employment Processes – Endorse candidates to Pre-employment medical exams (PEME) and background checks, ensuring timely processing.
- Track and Report Compliance – Update dashboards, monitor compliance, and elevate issues as needed. Provide bi-monthly reports.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO) – Organize and deliver orientation sessions, distribute New Hire Kits, and ensure survey completion.
