We are looking for an On-Site Support Consultant to support infrastructure and system activities for multiple client locations across Japan. The consultant will be responsible for providing on-site technical support during scheduled Saturday interventions related to server infrastructure and web socket security enablement.
The role requires strong Unix/system support expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work directly with local and international stakeholders in a command-line environment.
