KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with the factory management teams to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Check in Co-ordination
Greet and check in staff at the start of shift & arrange replacement staff if required.

Recruitment & Onboarding
Resource for new staff using all advertising platforms, arrange interviews, conduct right to work checks and deliver inductions prior to assignment start. En...
