On Site Client Technician | London | Permanent | Up to £45,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a Global IT and Investment firm looking for an on site technician.

The Role

You will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the Project Managers and SME teams in the process of onboarding new clients, based in London (remote) and be tasked with the following:

• Technology assessments, Endpoint configuration, Network equipment deployment
• Provide technical support to clients onsite and remotely via phone
• Support and install all hardware
• Effectively communicate with both clients and peers

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this On Site Technician role will have relevant experience of Microsoft 365 and has preferably worked in IT industry. You’ll also need a background in hardware troubleshooting and the installation of core network equipment. Plus, it's vital that you have strong t...
