Role: On Demand Administrator (Minimum 3 Years' Experience)

Location: Singapore

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) hardware, software, reports, and users

• Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe replatform onboarding (CASA, ATM, CPF, Cards, etc.)

• Automate repeated tasks using scripts

• Manage hardware: object server workstations, library devices, backup/archive storage, client workstations, terminals, printers, network equipment

• Install, configure & maintain CMOD and related software

• Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, archive storage

• Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities
