Provide support towards customer and sales team by presenting Sany service portfolio, and service plan (region/country/project-level) incl. business model, training plan, recruitment plan, spare parts plan, inspection plan, scheduled maintenance, transportation & crane plan, warehousing plan, Q-EHS plan etc.
Be the overall owner (focal point), lead the stratification, planning and preparation of service proposals, including close liaison with all necessary multidisciplinary teams internally and externally and inspire all relevant resources to obtain the required results.
Take part in building favourable customer relationships, mapping key decision makers & influencers, and enhancing confidence/bankability of Sany in customer's organization.
