Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire order process from receipt to delivery, including order entry, production scheduling coordination, logistics arrangements, and delivery confirmation, ensuring on-time delivery of mechanical seal products. Monitor and resolve order execution exceptions (e.g., delays, quality disputes) by collaborating with production, quality, and logistics teams. Providing regular updates on order progress (e.g., production status, shipment timelines) and handling urgent/change requests. Assist in delivery timeline confirmation. Maintain accuracy in order systems (e.g., SAP) and organize order-related documents.
