Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and integration of the new HRIS system, including data migration, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support
Manage and support day-to-day HCM operations
Maintain accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
Handle HR-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate support
Assist with the preparation of HCM reports and analytics as required
Contribute to HCM process improvement initiatives and participate in other HCM projects as required.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, with hands-on involvement in ERP system implementation
Experience with Workday HCM is highly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Good command of English
