The HR Officer (UAEN) is responsible for supporting the effective operation and development of the IDO Emiratization/NAFIZ program, promoting the recruitment and retention of UAE Nationals at IDO and its entities. Under the supervision of the Senior HR Manager, the HR Officer acts as the key contact between IDO and its entities' HR teams to support group-wide NAFIS initiatives.
