This role will serve as the receptionist and office administrator with full responsibility for the general administrative functions and activities of the office, which includes greeting, assisting and providing direction and information to customers, visitors and other guests of the organization. This is a part-time position with hours between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Principal Responsibilities:
Receptionist for the office, answering general inquires of customers, applicants, visitors and employees while providing a warm and professional first impression.
Sort, distribute and process incoming and outgoing mail correspondence and other information with discretion and professionalism.
