Responsibilities:
- Steer the recruitment process by scouting for talent in the field of your specialty
- Communicate with candidates face to face and through the phone as well
- Execute Business Development plans to amplify the company’s market penetration
- Be in the core of human resource trends revolving around hiring and management of suitable candidates
- Giving adequate career route advice to enquires of the candidates and clients regarding the up-to-date market trends
- Propose and negotiate scale of fees/ business plans/ forecasts with targeted cliental pool
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Helping out with day-to-day operations in the office
