Responsibilities

+ Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures.

+ Track budgets, supplies, and records.

+ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications.

+ Supervise administrative staff

+ Maintain office policies, filing systems, and operational workflows.

+ Support onboarding and internal coordination.




Requirements

+ 3–5 years of office management experience

+ Strong leadership and organizational skills
