My client, a premier spring training and minor league baseball stadium in South Florida, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team. This individual will report directly to the General Manager and will oversee one direct report. The role will require wearing multiple hats, with responsibilities split approximately 60% accounting, 30% HR, and 10% administrative support. While strong accounting experience (monthly finances, budgeting, processing payroll, etc.) is required, the HR responsibilities can be taught.

The ideal candidate is patient, resilient, and people-focused, with a willingness to take on tasks outside of their formal job description and contribute wherever needed as a team player. During the baseball season, the environment becomes fast-paced and unpredictable, so it’s important that this person is comfortable working occasional late hours, weekends, and being on call when necessary
