About the role
The Office Coordinator plays a critical role supporting the General Manager of Spain and supervising several activities in the office, ensuring a pleasant work environment for the team and contributing to team engagement and organization.
Key responsibilities
- Administrative support to General Manager:
- Keep and update the GM agenda.
- Organize meetings and travel arrangements for GM and regional guests, setting up meeting details.
- Complete and submit to accounting the monthly GM expense report.
- Support with translations and necessary presentations.
- Assist with logistics for area or regional visits in the local market, and care for internal events such as Town Halls.
- Organize recurrent events: annual conference, Christmas event, brand launches, quarterly celebrations, cycle meetings.
