As an essential function of the Patient Experience department, this position provides coordination of department flow and activities. Greets and assists Patients, visitors and staff. Assist with all aspects of the patient and Family Experience, coordinates programs, answers patient and family phone calls, verifies reason for call and other pertinent information.
