We are currently seeking exceptional Office Assistant to work with our clients in the Salem area. The ideal candidates will have excellent organization skills and the ability to handle a range of administrative tasks. They will have a strong sense of responsibility, with a focus on accuracy, discretion and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
+ Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
+ Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
+ Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
+ Develop and maintain a filing system.
+ Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
+ Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
+ Provide administrative support to management and other staff.
+ Maintain the professional and clean appearance of office areas.
