Assists with maintenance of inventory of office equipment and supplies at the extension training facility, ensuring that critical inventories are maintained.
Ensures compliance with relevant procedures as written in the Company Quality Assurance Manuals.
Assists with filing and updating documents, records as and when required.
Assists during special events, such as annual meetings, conferences and seminars.
Provides secretarial services and generally assist the instructors to ensure smooth operation of the courses.
