We are inviting a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude. Your responsibilities will include managing the reception desk, handling phone calls and inquiries, coordinating supply orders, and assisting with administrative tasks. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to support numerous departments within our organization such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations.
