Responsibilities:

  2. Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies.
  3. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
  4. Schedule meetings and appointments.
  5. Handle incoming mail and correspondence.
  6. Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
