The Office Administrator oversees the daily operations of our office and provides executive administrative support to the C‑suite. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office environment while enabling our leadership team to focus on high‑impact activities.

Job responsibilities

Office Management & Administration

• Manage office operations, supplies, and vendors
• Coordinate meetings, visitors, deliveries, and communications
• Ensure an organized, safe, and efficient workplace

Executive Support

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel
• Prepare expense reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Handle confidential information with discretion
