Role Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration: Manage phone calls, emails, office supplies, filing systems, and meeting schedules.
Client & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to schedule site visits, order materials, or follow up on quotes.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain timesheets, equipment inventories, and safety records.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure office/workshop areas meet basic H&S standards.
Travel & Logistics: Arrange site visits, book transportation/accommodation for field engineers, and manage vehicle maintenance schedules.
