Under general supervision of the Operations Supervisor, Utility Systems the, Off Shift Foreman supervises the Off Shift Maintenance Mechanics and provides oversight to the 24/7 operations within the Facilities Division such as steam plant operations, chiller plant operations, and water treatment operations. This position is on an alternate work schedule covering nights and weekends and is 100% onsite.

Operational activities include but are not limited to the following:

**Specific Duties**

+ Monitors multiple SCADA and building control systems for alarms and acts on those alarms
+ Coordinates with all maintenance and utility foremen regarding off shift operations
+ Responds to all unplanned events at the site and acts as first responder for maintenance or utility concerns
+ Plans and prioritizes daily work assignments
+ Inspects machinery and equipment operations, and building systems in multiple locations
