Insight Global is looking for an Off-Cycle Payroll Associate. In this role, the Payroll Specialist applies strong analytical skills to review PeopleSoft reports, queries, job data, employee pay history, and off‑cycle payroll requests to determine accurate next steps within the off‑cycle framework. The position works both independently and collaboratively, and you will be learning processes from subject matter experts, applying technical knowledge to assigned payroll transactions, and communicating status updates clearly to teammates. Daily work includes auditing payroll transactions, assessing timelines, understanding workflow dependencies, and helping move the team toward finalizing daily payrolls.
