Job Description:
• Assess compliance related system data and establish monthly compliance dashboard through independent analysis;
• Track vouchers/supporting documents from dashboard to identify potential significant compliance risks;
• Conduct compliance training and support line manager in periodic training courses design;
• Other regular support required by line manager and department;
• Maximum 10% business travel required.
Requirements:
• High level of integrity with good ethical core values;
• BA/BS, advanced degree or equivalent;
• Minimum of 2 years compliance/audit in healthcare industry or accounting firm;
• Power BI and data analytical skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal).
