IBU is hiring a Change Management Consultant to lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) delivery for a large-scale transformation program with a major German based telecommunications client.

This role requires 6-8 years of experience in Change Management and expertise in OCM frameworks. Responsibilities include driving change strategy, stakeholder management, and mentoring team members, with an emphasis on working with Works Councils in German.
