This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and drive some exciting developments within a complex and fast‑paced environment. You will be supported by the wider Leadership Team to ensure we continue to maintain high quality, patient focused services in line with our national and locally agreed targets.
You will work with individuals to promote independence, maximise functional ability, and support safe discharge planning across acute settings.
This post is 22.5 hours per week and is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract ending on 05/06/2027.
