+ An experienced OT, passionate about providing real-world neuro-rehab , whether at home, school, work, or in the community

+ Treat your client beyond a staged environment into real life experiences like cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores, outdoor activities, and the workplace

+ You value clinical autonomy, flexibility, and being a part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapists

What you will receive:

+ Flexible Schedule Created by You

+ Paid per hour (not just per visit)

+ In-Person, 1:1 therapy with indirect services from home (documentation/communication)

+ Continuity of Care as the Primary Therapist from Eval to Discharge

+ Team collaboration & Co-Treats
