Description
Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider based in North Brisbane, supporting clients across Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics, Social Work, Counselling and Positive Behaviour Support.
The team has grown significantly over the past two years and has built a strong internal OT structure, including experienced Occupational Therapists and OT Team Leads. Their model is centred around clinician support, professional development, supervision, internal progression and balanced KPI expectations.
About the Role:
