Education - Bachelors Degree (Required)
- Masters Degree (Preferred)
- Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapist
Certification/Licensure - Occupational Therapy License (Required)
Experience - Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
