Join our client’s collaborative and responsive team based in Manchester supporting adults through strength-based assessments and tailored interventions. These roles focus on promoting independence and safety through equipment provision, adaptations and care package reviews.


What will your responsibilities be?

  • Conduct functional assessments in the community

  • Provide moving & handling solutions and equipment recommendations

  • Review care packages and support independence

  • Work flexibly with hybrid arrangements for visits

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet varied needs
