            Key Responsibilities: 
Assess patients' physical and mental abilities and their needs. 
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving daily living and work skills. 
Teach patients how to use adaptive tools and techniques to perform everyday tasks. 
Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust plans as needed. 
Educate family members and caregivers on how to support the patient's progress at home. 
Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare team members. 
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports. 
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred). 
State licensure or registration as required. 
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
