Job Title:  Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care
Location: Cornwall (county-wide coverage may be required)
Pay Rate: £27.62 Per hour 
Contract Type: Full-Time
 
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to to join our client’s Adult Social Care team in East Cornwall. This is a community-based role focused on delivering optimal care and reducing reliance on long-term care packages, directly supporting our client’s savings target for 2025/26.

You will be expected to manage a caseload each week, conducting face-to-face visits and assessments across the county, ensuring individuals receive the right support to maintain independence and wellbeing.
