Job Purpose

The OCC Duty Manager plays a central role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of multiple operational teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC) during their assigned shift. They are responsible for monitoring flight status, identifying potential disruptions, implementing contingency plans, and making informed decisions to optimize operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness in a multi‑hub, multi‑airline business model.

• Executes all Operational Control Center (OCC) tasks for flights within the Daily Flight Schedule during assigned duty periods, maintaining a proactive approach to operational excellence.
