Availability

• Client is reviewing providers who can cover at least 10 shifts per month
• Consecutive shifts are strongly preferred , but scheduling may vary
• Full-time coverage is preferred
• Flexible weekday clinic hours (approximately 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM )
• Weekend coverage required
• 24-hour pager call required

Required Licenses

• Active Oregon Medical License OR
• Active IMLC OR
• Licensing candidates accepted
• Active DEA
• Active CSR
