  • Start Date: March 16, 2026.
  • Schedule: 24-hour in-house call shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 AM).
    • Note: The facility is open to providers interested in a string of consecutive 24-hour shifts.
  • Supportive Environment: Work alongside CNMs who are surgical first-assist trained and managed via a collaborative OB/CNM practice model.
  • Work-Life Balance: Manageable call shifts with back-up coverage and more days off than a typical private practice.
Clinical Setting & Scope
  • Unit Details: 6 LDRP rooms, 12 postpartum rooms, and 2 dedicated C-section surgical suites.
  • NICU: Level I NICU with 24/7 anesthesia coverage.
  • Volume: Average of 80 deliveries per month.
  • Comprehensive Support: Access to LCSWs, lactation consultants, educators, and a national practice ...
