We are looking for an Observability Engineer to join our TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur. The Observability Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving the enterprise observability capability across platforms and services. The role ensures that system health, performance, and reliability signals are visible, measurable, and actionable. The Observability Engineer builds and maintains logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting frameworks that enable SRE, Platform Engineering, and Application Development teams to proactively detect, diagnose, and prevent system issues. This role operates within a global model and plays a foundational role in enabling data‑driven reliability and performance improvements.
