• Vendor Onboarding & Activation

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new vendors, brands, and marketplace sellers.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation, contracts, compliance checks, catalog readiness, and system integration requirements.

• Drive faster vendor activation and reduce onboarding turnaround time.

• Develop scalable onboarding frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Process Excellence & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, finance, tax, and marketplace compliance requirements.

• Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation records.
