Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide primary treatment to routine/emergency patient in absence of Doctor
• Conduct various investigation (ECG, PFT, x-ray, Audiometry & anthropometric measurements)for medical monitoring as per schedule
• Dispense the medicines as advised by doctor & perform inventory management
• Monitor various vital parameters of patient and impart treatment as advised by doctor
• Provide training to employees and contract workers
• Conduct checks of various hospital and ambulance equipment
• Active participation in various health promotional activities
• Bio-waste management
• Conduct disinfection / sterilization of medical equipment

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in patient care management to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. (Mandatory skill)
