What You’ll Do
Effectively problem solves, providesinterventionand followsthrough onpatient care, clinical, employee, interdepartmental and/or administrative issues. Initiates, plans and provides for education, maintenance and competence assessmentregardingpatient care and clinical policies,protocolsand practices. Professionally communicates and supports the hospital mission,visionand values, as well as departmental goals to all staff.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program
Registered Nurse license of practicing state
Two years of clinical management experience
Preferred Requirements
Five years of clinical management experience
